Sequit Point

Welcome to Sequit Point

Sequit Point forms a rocky barrier within the Leo Carrillo State Park that separates North Beach, a wide, sandy section of beach popular with dog owners, from South Beach, a sandy expanse of beach near the mouth of the creek that flows out of Arroyo Sequit. Named after the actor, preservationist and conservationist, Leo Carrillo State Park is 1.5 mile stretch of beach in western Malibu commonly visited for for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, surf fishing and beach combing. The rocky landscape of Leo Carrillo State Park also serves as a popular filming location for movies, television shows and commercials.
